MM is a no go at almost any price that could possibly happen. On the fence about taking a swing at Adjust if it is around on Friday. If not, oh well.

 

I look at them as $24 6 packs. No way lol!

 

Going to try both in about three hours.

 

Try other stuff and get the cans to go.

 

Or try them both on draft and decide for yourself, instead of taking the advice of the guy who's saying buy the cans that they wouldn't buy themselves.

But really, enjoy. I was just there and it was dead, so it should be a roomy, quiet experience.

If I was going on vacation, I'd splurge. I'd also not try the beer there for $7 a pint, when I could get 4x that for $16. Just saying.

 

Yeah, if it is $7 for pint, will probably skip both and get a pack of each. Stop 1 of 17 breweries!

 

i'm going to assume that they don't have Sunny Side Up on tap, you have had it before, or you don't like stouts

if you brought a growler, great deals can be had at Pizza Boy

so they have beers that are now $7 a pint??

the lower abv Pizza Boy beers cost a little as $9 for a 2 liter growler I believe...or they did

 

Have had Sunny Side Up, Coconut, BBA variants and own two SSU glass mugs!

Have several growlers in the trunk. 17- brewery trip means I'm going to have to be picky. We'll see how it goes.

 

a lot of places always have crowlers these days...a large crowler is a two pints for you and one pint for each your wife and sister

a lot of the PB boys are only a dollar or two more than a crowler/small growler

 

Someone posted the taplist in a photo on Untappd and MM was on it. It was $7.

 

Agreed. Their crowler/growler prices are great compared to other places.

So, how was Pizza Boy? What did you get there and to go? What did you enjoy the most?

Adjust the Tracking went all in on haze, but the flavor was a miss for me. Fractured Visions was the exact opposite. Enjoyed that one. Took home growler of Sunny Side Up (64 oz for $14.25) and Low Hanging Fruit (32 oz for $13). It was a much better executed sour IPA than Reverend Ben Green.



Wife and I both preferred Lemondairy to Michael Myers. Mowery's had an English robust flavor to it, easy enough for anyone to drink, really warmed up well.

 

the ratings for Adjust The Tracking and the Meyers Lemon IPA on Untappd seem ok...kind of makes me want to drive down there tomorrow for pizza and to get some to go

 

Just wish they were sixers. Picked up a 6er of Just The Tidbits for $18 and I don't think that could cost less to make (if so, probably very little). I think the style is playing a huge role.

 

Forgot to toss Fractured in there, since we were talking cans. I enjoyed that one probably far more than either of MM or Adjust The Tracking. Low Hanging Fruit, that is a tasty one. Maybe my favorite of all the ones we've recently discussed. Either way, sounds like a nice time. Glad you enjoyed it, Kipp. Maybe I glossed over a prior instance of this question, but are you affiliated with 24/7 Sports?
