Thats been the rule of Al's since the old shop, no person can have 2 drinks in front of them. They have usually, always enforced that one.

Sounds about right, similar to how Allagash does it.

So, if you can't give away or sell beer for less than you pay for it, that must mean that beer bars in PA that DO provide a sample taste are in violation. Seems to be a revenue generator for the Commonwealth for all the fines waiting to be assessed and collected. Who's gonna narc first? On a perhaps helpful note, why not charge a quarter for a 1 oz. sample (unless of course, the beer costs more than that per oz)? I believe Capital Ale Houses in VA have that policy. Although, I don't ever recall seeing that charge listed on my receipt.

Yeah its not a 4 oz but its definitely
A small step forward to being able to have a few more beers.

That'll be the subject of Joe Six pack's weekly article next week.

8oz pours are perfect. I love the 8oz option at Tired Hands, and it will be great to have that @ Pizza Boy as well.

I think this is the perfect amount. I'll probably only order this size from now on.

I wonder if the prices listed are correct. In the pictures the 8oz pours are only $1 less. I'll stick with the full pours but living close affords me that luxury I guess.
