as some others mentioned above, if you do Pizza Port OB Friday night you could also hit the Coronado Brewing tasting room before or after, the Coronado Knoxville location has a ton of beers on tap and it is a great setup. Ballast Point on LV road closes at 7:00 and is small and cramped if that matters.

If you go to Alpine on Saturday hit Toronado on the way back, that is a must-visit just so you can see how much better the taps are compared to SF. It is missing the 6 inch layer of grease and grime though. At Alpine the restaurant and brewery have different tap lists so you may want to check each before spending too much time at one.
