Take the trip 15 min down the interstate to Everetts in South Beloit. You'll have to get New Glarus in Janesville, but Everetts is technically in Illinois so they get Pipeworks, Spiteful, Boulevard, and a bunch of other stuff you won't find in Wisconsin.
Badger Spirits and Woodman's are only places I have been to. Both are decent, with lots of Wisconsin brews. If you end up at Everetts, which I second stopping at, swing up to The Thirsty Badger in Beloit. They have the best tap list in the area.
