Places: Merge Wien & Vienna

    In 'places' there is a category for locations in 'Wien' and another category for locations in 'Vienna'. These should be merged.

    It's like having a set of reviews for locations in California and then another set of reviews for places in Kalifornia.

    It would also be nice to have a map feature with gps.
