    How was the party? Wish I could have made it but by the time I landed at JFK it was too late to make the trek up to the farm.

    It was a good time -- it seemed like a lower turnout than originally expected, but the weather held out, there was good stuff on tap and some interesting bottles being shared, and a bunch of good people. The only other attendees I expected to know had to bail at the last minute, so I was just chatting with random folks, everybody was a pleasure to talk to. And Evan performed!

    The party was awesome. Evan hadn't slept in a while, and he managed to get through the day hosting us, which I was very impressed by. Emily steered the ship and kept everyone very happy. The rain started around 5, which worked out perfectly for us.

    I don't think so -- I'm not even 100% sure Pickle is September.

    August included Amour, Bouquet #3, and:
    • Barn Beer - juicy & crushable. The aroma dances between fruity yeast esters & lemon/pine hop notes. Slightly tart, soft & lemony, Barn Beer is going to be our definitive beer. Think 38 oz. mason jars filled to the brim smashing into one another as you cheers on the farm.

    Can someone help me refresh my memory here? I have two bottles of Bouquet, one with a purplish wax and another with a white wax. Which one is #1 and which one is #2?

    Anyone know what beers they'll be bringing to the Union Square farmer's market tomorrow? Unfortunately couldn't renew my Hive membership but always like to grab their beers when available.

    #1 = Purple Wax (Wild Violet)
    #2 = White Wax (Elderflower)
    #3 = Purple Wax (Lavendar)
    #4 = ??? (Anise Hyssop)

    IIRC, Purple is #1 and White is #2.

    I would describe #3 as light blue, but I guess violet works.
    #4 is darker blue

    I was gifted two bottles of BouQuet over thanksgiving, might one of you be able to help me differentiate between the blue and pink wax? Thanks for any help you guys can offer up!
