I'm looking for the plasticy type labels for beer bottles to use on a special year-end brew.

Think of Prairie's labels or MBC...smooth and durable. Is something this even available on the consumer market and if so is it even compatible with an inkjet or laser jet printer?

Does it have to be plastic? Adhesive labels are printable.

Have you tried a printing service like vista print or a local businesses supply shop, or sign shop?

I have 8.5x11 sheets of label paper... Some are matte, some glossy. But all of them a papery, not plasticy... I'm wondering if it's just some sort of laminated paper after the label is printed....

I think those are the glossy ones I already have... They are close, but what I'm thinking is more water proof... I just peeled one back and it looked metallic on the adhesive part. Maybe I'm just looking for something that's not commercially available or has a large minimum order quantity.

    Dude, you need Grogtags.

Well, I don't really know if they have what you need, but I really wanted to say that.

I don't think you're going to find any inkjet or laser jet label/decal paper that's truly waterproof.

Yeah these look like what I'm looking for, but I don't see anything on their website that is a detailed description of the product so it's hard to tell for sure (maybe I'm just not looking hard enough).

Yeah I think you're probably right...

There is a "Contact Us" button on the left side of their web page. Explain what you are looking for and ask if they sell it?

Custom vinyl stickers. You'll have to order them though. 1 sheet of 10 for $6.00 To be honest, inkjet ink is pricey. You probably would have spent a good deal of $ on ink depending on your logo. I think you will have to order a custom label, or settle for something else.

I have used these matte lables and they work great. They have a ton of options to choose from (I got the weatherproof matte), but they get wicked pricey. I have used them on the 500mL EZ-Cap bottles, 1L EZ-Cap bottles and wine bottles and they fit great. They could work with 12 oz in this size, but they are a bit tall.
