    Highly doubt it. It varies from state to state but if its not regulated by the state it's not legal I don't believe. Had my first Pliny tonight, amazing

    That's weird that the guy says "can't believe they have it here", which sounds like he bought Pliny at The Aviary. If so that is illegal as hell! But like trbergman said if its the bars personal stash and they just opened would be ok. 20 west wines in Lombard opened Pliny and Supplication for people to try a few weeks ago.

    Rumpus Room in Milwaukee was selling bootlegged Pliny when they first opened, I think they were asking something like $30/bottle
