Urban Tavern inside the Hilton in Union Square is a pretty safe bet and fairly close. Toronado too but further away. Both on draft
I've picked up a couple fresh bottles between local shops and the brewery in the past week, and I will be making my way into SF tomorrow afternoon/evening for an IP trade anyway near enough to the Moscone center. I'd happily bring a bottle or two of Pliny along with me -- send me a BM if you're interested and we can talk details.
City Beer usually gets Pliny (bottles) on Wed. If you're lucky, they might still have some. EDIT: Just checked their taplist; yesterday, every single tap was RR.
I was able to gab both Pliny and Blind Pig at Cask, and then to find out my hotel has it on it draft! It doesn't get better than that.
