Pliny the Elder in Fort Collins

Last Pliny shipment to CO was a couple weeks ago and it tends to sell out in a day in Denver. Not sure about FoCo though.

They tapped it at Mayor of Old Town yesterday. Worth checking to see if they still have it on.

 

Only place I ever saw in in Fort Collins was at Wilburs. Very rarely though; far less frequently than Denver got it.

When in Fort Collins, grab some Odell Myrcenary.

 

And some Odell IPA. Those are the Plinys of Fort Collins.

...and maybe some Space Ghost as well at Equinox.

 

Supermarket Liquors gets it too along with Wilbur's. Only time I've ever seen it actually out on the floor was during GABF week. However, a manager did tell me they get a small amount every 4-6 weeks on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Once something limited hits town, I always go to Supermarket because it's far less picked over than Wilbur's. That said, they do tend to run about a dollar more than Wilbur's, usually no more than that.

After drinking Odell IPA regularly for the past 7 months since moving here, I can honestly say I like it better than Pliny.

 

Pliny is hitting the Denver area this week.

 

Bought some at Hazels in boulder yesterday.

 

I'm looking for some pliny in denver right now. Anyone nudge me in the right direction?

 

pretty sure it's all gone by now... but you should be able to get it on tap at Falling Rock.

 

^^^This. In my experience, Pliny bottles sell out in a matter of hours every shipment we get.

 

dang, i'm only here for the week. Missed out! I'll get some on tap. Good recommendations if i'm wanting to find some nice bottles to take back home with me? I'm in highlands now but staying downtown for 5 days.

 

Falling Rock is a good suggestion if you really need to try Pliny or Blind Pig. Every time I step in there they always have at least one of them at tap.

 

Mr. B's Downtown. Mondo Vino or Highlands Wine and Liquor in the Highlands.
