    Excuse my ignorance, but ive seen people post ISO and FT points, then list a bunch of different beers with a point total attached to it. Where are these lists? And, how are they determined?

    You make it up. There are no lists - it's a relative rating. And the feedback is if no one takes your trade, your points may be off.
