I thought I was "down with hops" and all but what the hell is Vic Secret? Can you dry hop with Carlos Danger when using Vic Secret? MUST you wear lacy panties when adding them to the boil?

I voted Citra but rarely am I big on a Citra single hop brew. I prefer them to be well complimented by Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, Nelson... Any of the above.

 

Sadly, I'm on the citra bandwagon (well, sadly only because it's a boring answer; it's a great time to be a citra-lover!). I think my second vote would go either to Mosaic or Hallertau Blanc.

 

Galaxy Hops. Second would be CTZ.

 

Vic Secret? What is that (aside from the lingerie of course)? What beers use that hops in it. Never heard of it yet.

 

Mosaic.. Though I'd like to try more SMaSH beers to get a better idea of the profiles of various hops. In most IPA's it's a blend of multiple hops, so I feel it is more difficult to get an idea of which hop is producing which flavors/aromas.
