    Eh . . . that has WAY more to do with recipe construction and hopping technique, rather than those hops in and of themselves.

    For me personally, Galaxy and Citra are king. Especially when you find both in the same beer. El Dorado has been working its way into my heart as of recent also and you can never go wrong with Mosaic. Vic Secret though, totally different story. Not a big fan of anything I've had where Vic Secret was used.

    In no particular order:

    Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, Columbus

    When I homebrew a bitter IPA/pale I go Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial. If I go NE-style I use Mosaic, Galaxy (possibly with Centennial or Simcoe).

    I find centennial and simcoe to be super versatile; I'll go centennial if I want more fruit and simcoe if I want more spice
