    Sometimes Mosaic. See: Artaic, Mosaic Promise, Yellow Rose, Hop Ranch...

    Sometimes Amarillo. See: Red's Rye, Tank 7, ApriHop, Sleeper St....

    Sometimes Citra. See: PseudoSue, Zombie Dust, Square Grouper, HF Double Citra, Triomphe...

    Sometimes Galaxy. See: Tasmanian IPA, Galaxy Dry-Hopped Fort Point, Anchorage Galaxy...

    So I guess I can't choose.

    But it is strange to omit big-time, tried and true hops like Cascade and Centennial then include little known varieties like Vic Secret and Wai-iti.

    Simcoe and Citra is a fantastic combo (Simcoe probably my favorite hop). I also like Galaxy a lot.

    Amarillo for me, though I like others. That said, I have yet to have a single hop beer that equaled the best blends. Simcoe in particular is nice in a blend, but I don't seem to care for it when it gets close to 50%.

    I went with Citra, but Mosaic and Simcoe have been my jam recently too.

    So hard to choose!

    Citra is pretty good, I also like Citra and Citra and beers with Citra and Citra and I love Citra.

    Citra all the way. But only in the appropriate styles, of course.

    I homebrew and use Warrior strictly for bitterness and a whole bunch of other hops, depending on what I'm making.

    But if it's going to be a hop-forward style, Citra's always in the mix.

    Chinook is my least favorite non-Summit (ONIONS) hop.

    My favorite hop is not on the list. You've probably never heard of it :wink:
