Just turned thirty in December. Is it bad that I already miss my twenties? Take care of your body because you don't have to be in your forties to begin feeling the effects. Lol.

28 turning 29 in July and still feeling 22 for the most part. My daughter will be turning 2 this year though so, I'm sure I'll be feeling 42 before too long.

I'm 22 and have had over 950 different beers thanks to BeerAdvocate introducing me to a new hobby a little over a year ago.

I'm quite a few semesters into life and still think young at heart. But what really gets to me is that my youngest is already 30 and a bigger beer geek than I am. Damn... where did it go so quickly?

I call bs on all 10 people to list themselves being in their 90s. Gave me a good laugh though lol. Personally, I'm 27.

Just guessing, but there are ten 90 year olds and no 80 year olds. I don't remember much about my last statistics glass, because it was 20 years ago. That said, I am guessing that 9 or 10 people did not answer honestly. I believethat draws into question the validity of the survey.

I turn the big 50 on the 27th. Though my wife and daughters think I act like I'm 10.

No, the survey as a whole is still ok with the caveat that it only applies to a very small subset, i.e, people who happen to be willing to respond and who are from the subset of people who have an account who are a subset of all site users who are a small minority of craft beer drinkers.

What it indicates is that there's noise or slop in the system, which there always is in any survey, and that that particular set of responders are uniquely different in some way from the rest. Lying is a definite possibility but there are other alternative possibilities, e.g., one or more are actually vigorous active seniors with an internet connection who have always liked beer or within the last few years have discovered that they like beer since the bar manager in their retirement community has begun to showcase a few craft offerings.

well said, always surprises some to find out beer has been made for 1000's of years. and Digital computers since the 1930's or so. Even more of a surprise is many of us folks were on the old arpanet before most here where even born.....

modems 1968 or so. BBS systems etc etc. email was all text and then so was the web. this ends today history lesson.:grinning::grinning:
