A Dutch brewery that really does a great job with artwork is Het Uiltje. Every beer has the theme of an "owl" (Uiltje is Dutch for "owl") and the cartoons are sometimes quite entertaining. A bit busy... but fun. Some examples I found online:

Revolution Brewing hires great artists for their cans and their Tap List at the Brewery.

Little Dreamer - Van Halen inspired collaboration with Piece.

Honestly, like Other Half's aesthetic - especially for beers like Space Diamonds or Green City. My favorite is probably Will Sears' work for Oxbow. Simple, clean, classic.

I think Homage's Spritz saison series is up there. Everything they do is elegant.

Mills brewing from the UK is also uniformly gorgeous, probably my favorite overall.

Cantillon remains one of the most beautiful of them all.

Yeast of Eden has beautiful artwork too, and Alvarado St for IPAs does awesome designs...

Finback for IPAs is great, modern, urban, but classy.

Hudson Valley is certainly up there overall as well.

Oh, I forgot to add Floodland. Very much inspired by classic wine culture, but regardless very beautiful designs:

Elegant, minimal, serious. One of my favorite breweries in art direction and aesthetics in general.

Two breweries on this list I've never even heard of and another, Three Floyds, I've never seen a bottle or can. That's a high percentage for a survey. The other three are satisfactory, but never excited me. I agree with mambossa that Omnipollo's simple, but evocative, labels are very appealing. My local brewery that has an excellent graphics designer is Fremont Brewing. I've forbidden myself from saving empty cans or bottles, but a few of Fremont's cans are up on a shelf in my kitchen.
