I use Photobucket. Easy to use and I've never had a problem with it.

I don't know about iDevices, but if you end up with an android I would highly recommend Imgur and the free "Imgur For Android" app. Choose a picture from your gallery, hit the share button, choose imgur from the list of options, and then wait a moment for it to upload. Once it's uploaded you'll get a little notification in the top bar which will bring up the image and several options including BBCode (which is the markdown format for BA) and "copy URL" which simply copies to your clipboard so you can share the link via email or some other service.

    imgur
slickest cleanest interface there is, grey and black is all I want
I post so that if you click on the image it enlarges on BA, very fast
too many other sites, you click, you go to that site and you wait while all the site's irrelevant items load then it requires further clicking to enlarge
    BUT
unfortunately, for imgur you can no longer buy out of the ads - I'm astounded, me paying them a yearly fee is less lucrative then showing me ads
my subscription runs out in October at which time I'll leave

Hey I found this http://picuploaders.com This is a free image hosting site. Bandwidth and space are unlimited. I think this one is my favourite now.

I started out using FB until my family began criticizing the amount of beer I was buying/consuming :astonished:. Ah, family, can't live with 'em and can't keep them our of your social media :sunglasses: (just kidding, love you sis).

I selected "other" because now I use Twitter when I'm on my pc and on a rare occasion I use photobucket on my phone.

I'm another Photobucket user. I started using it years ago when there were fewer options for free image hosting and it's never proved bothersome enough for me to look into their competitors.

Same. But use a tablet to take the picture and do everything from the tab. Tried computer but haven't been able to embed anything from YouTube using the computer. Total computer illiteracy I know,.......

Imgur is great if all you care about is getting a picture posted in the forum. You don't need to sign in or anything, just upload the photo, grab the embed code, and post it. I'm not sure why people pay to use it, unless they really care about keeping all those beer pictures somewhere.

I use Photobucket. It can be a bit slow at times but hey thats what you get in a free version. It is also nice and easy.

    1. Take shitty photo with my phone.
    2. Upload it to photobucket using photobucket app.
    3. Go to photobucket on my pc click on the photo I want to post. (Personally I use the editing tools, and the highdef filter to give it a little added sharpness and pop.) Right click on photo, select select copy image url.
    4. Go to Ba on my pc. Go to posting thread. Click on image tool, right click in popup box, select paste, click on insert, and done.
