    Just started using Imgur . . . it's slightly less intuitive than Photobucket, but the learning curve seems quick.

    Postimage all the way! I used to use Photobucket, but it completely sucks now.

    Thanks for the info, I just joined and love it. Was simple to sign up, I got my pics up in less than 10 seconds and they work fine here. Zero ads like Phototrash. Best move I made, thanks!

    Give Postimage a try. I just signed up and it was basic. You get email and up and running. Its very simple to use, you upload to your folder, then choose link to post here with. From sign up to first pic here I spent maybe 1 min, its super simple and so far fast and easy.

    I don't upload images to BA because BA makes it too hard, and I couldn't be arsed going through the whole process of joining an external site simply to post images to BA, sorry BA but you really need to get around to having a simple in-text image upload button already: it's 2017 FFS!

    I can only manage to post to imgur, can't find links!!

    Tried TinyPic, good stop gap after photofucket came to their ridiculous conclusion, but took too many attempts to upload. Using postimage now, it may do the job.

    Tagging @Todd just in case given the turn of events. BeerAdvocate must have lost a ton of content overnight with all of the old Photobucket content disappearing.

    I hope we don't see a big jump in Imgur use here because I find their content consistently loads slow here.

    Hmmm... make sure your looking at your uploaded images, click the pick and then choose "direct link" should copy it for you once you click it.

    Photobucket is the #1 site in this particular thread poll but yet everyone complains about it and it's constantly giving problems. I buried my frustration and switched to Imgur (from Photobucket) a few years ago and experienced no problems since then. Still blows my mind when people on this website are over-critical of mediocre beer but at the same time continue to support mediocre website performance.

    Yah, but don't forget, that poll is from 2015, so the data is still more reflective of then than now...

    There's no image capture of the poll results from before I bumped the thread a few days ago, but I remember how much disparity there was between Photobucket (PB) and everything else. I can already see a decrease in the PB % and an increase in the Imgur % (in particular).

    Respondents can change their original poll responses, so folks that used to use PB can change it to whatever they use now, and as new respondents contribute I think we will see the balance shifting eve farther away from PB if the thread stays active long enough.

    I just loaded Flickr because photo bucket wants to charge me. But now I can't get my picture to load on here from Flickr. Only the URL link is showing up. Please help!

    I have tried Flickr and Imgur with no luck since Photobucket switched. Anyone have insight on how to get the direct link instead of the URL when using an iPhone? (with either app)

    I had Flickr on my phone for less than 12 hours before I uninstalled it. From reading their message board, it seems like you can't get a direct link from the app.

    I use the Imgur website on my mobile and it's easy to upload your pic and then find the Direct Link".

    Is it on an iPhone? On the app the option I see is copy link (chain link icon). If I copy and paste here it doesn't work (using the add image icon above). I posted many photos using photobucket prior, just can't get another app to work.
