Port Brewing Hop-15 Ale (Bottle dated 12/15/10), continue to cellar or drink it up now? Let me know what people think that have had it before. Cheers!

It's an experiment now, it will be an experiment later.
A bad one i might add.

I think they were having carbonation issues on Hop-15 about that time as well.

    Why would you do this?

Why did you cellar at all? It's a hoppy imperial IPA. It's likely long past good already.

One of my local bottle shops has a ton of this. It's a shame cuz its soooo old! Easy pass.

Major fail. Oh well, need to keep better tabs on what I have.

I sat on a Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Extra! for two years and drank it. It wasn't that it was bad, it just had no hop flavor of which was the original intention. I say give it a whirl and post back.

Might be decent. Hop 15 is almost a barley wine anyway. Pop it and let us know what you think.
