Mind if I join in? I'll also be beercationing in PDX during that time and can bring some SD-only goodies like Societe.

That would be awesome. I still have yet to make it to Societe.

Will Commons be able to accomodate refrigeration? I think we’re going to have too many bottles to fit in our motel’s mini-fridge…

We have cold storage. How many bottles and how long are you thinking? I don't see any problem with you dropping bottles off a day or two in advance to ensure they're nice and chilled by tasting time. Email me at [email protected] so we don't hijack the thread.

We have a VRBO downtown somewhere... I will find out what the fridge situation looks like later tonight.

    Thanks for jumping in, Josh.

Ohmigawd. I'm scheduled to be in Portland that week. Unfortunately, since I'm flying in, I won't have any beers to swap. (You'll have to get to Chicago, IL. to get those beers.)
Is it OK if I show up to taste these beers?

In the past out of towners who wished to contribute but didn't check a bag simply picked something cool up at a PDX bottle shop to share. Don't know what's on the shelf? Check the Belmont Station bottle list. http://www.belmont-station.com/index.php?id=bottles

Yea, no offense, but showing up and not bringing anything will not fly.

Bringing beer in your checked luggage is 100% legal. ’Tis what I’m doing! Wrapping up my bottles in bubblewrap right now…

I brought this on the plane. Alpine & Sante Adairius...

    Snacks are important, though.

Hey man, was good to meet you today at the shop (Beermongers). Hope to make it to the tasting, but looking grim overall. Have fun, stop by for any other beer needs while you're in town! -Jim
