    Hi all,

Headed to Portland tomorrow for a long weekend.

Narrowed down brewery choices to Austin St., Battery Steele, Lone Pine, and maybe Barreled Souls if we can swing it on the way into town if the timing works out.

For restaurants we want to do High Roller Lobster, Hot Suppa, and at least one old school lobster spot (J's or Dimillo's?)

Any glaring omissions? I've done MBC, Bissell, and Allagash before. Just wondering if there's anything can't miss that's flying under the radar.

    Thanks in advance!

If you are hitting Lone Pine, Goodfire is right upstairs in the same building, they're doing some great work, and Oxbow is right up the hill.

Thanks! After checking out your website, I'm going to have to add your store as a stop as well

Be careful. It's quite easy to get the urge to buy a 4-pack and bottle of everything they have - which is a lot, haha.

Rising Tide is down the street from Lone Pine and Goodfire. Bunker Brewing is close to Bissell. I would definitely recommend Barreled Souls. It's only 15 minutes south of Portland so it's not too far. If you got a little more time I would suggest going to Banded Horn in Biddeford as well. You could head to Westbrook (Next to Portland) and hit up Mast Landing.

+1... Mast Landing is only about ten minutes from Industrial Way.

IMHO, Austin Street is the single most essential stop but don't be afraid to walk around the corner to Foundation - their cans have been hit-or-miss the past year but maybe get a pour or two and see for yourself.

I know you're not planning on going to Bissell but, if you find yourself over that way, Fore River is a worthy stop.

You should at least look for Bissell on tap around town too.

Minor threadjack here, but with Swish selling out most Saturdays between 12:30 and 1:00pm, what's that mean for arrival times? I assume that if I show up by 11:00AM I'll be fine.

Thanks for all the advice folks. Ended up visiting Mast Landing (based on recommendations here), Lone Pine & Bissell.

Drove back down with cans of Austin St. Patina, Bissell Bros Lux (favorite can of the bunch) & Substance, Battery Steel Flume (a bit weird... heavy on the Lupulin powder maybe) and Mast Landing Green to Green

Additionally had Prime by Goodfire on tap at High Roller and was blown away. Stopped in for cans the next day and was bummed that they were out til March. Very good stuff.
