I made an all grain Hefeweizen kit a couple of weeks ago using BIAB. I used my kitchen stovetop instead of the propane burner this time. Everything worked well but I overestimated my boil off and ended up with 6.25 gals instead of 5. My FG was a little low (1.040) so I added 1 lb of corn sugar boiled in 2 cups of water. This gave me the 1.050 I was after. I used Wyeast 3068 and fermentation was good. I bottled it about 8 days ago but what concerns me is that I forgot to adjust the amount of corn sugar I added for conditioning. I think it was 3/4 of a cup. Do you think it will carb enough?

You should be just fine. It might be a little undercarbed for the style, but nothing to worry about.

Thanks, I’m hoping your right. It smells great. Nearly perfect banana/clove balance. I’m gonna give it another week and try one.
