Possible contamination from improper beer pour

    Shockingly (at least to me), Wisconsin does not have a state law about tap/line cleaning and leave it up to the individual owners. I have had a lot of bad tap beer in WI bars due to this reason. You would think that the all-powerful Tavern League would push for cleaning, but maybe they are just interested in not costing their members money.


    Illinois mandates line cleaning every two weeks.

    Of all the things in the world that make zero difference, this is biggest one. It's the same, the only difference is how you're looking at it. I'mma start coming to your house every night and switching the TP and paper towels.

    As a state with such lenient DUI laws, I don't expect them to have strict tapline cleaning laws. Seems like the wild west up there from what I've been told in regards to alcohol
