I'm staying at the same hotel. I know it's going to be a long day, but I might have to bring a few bottles to have after the party.

putting my tasting list together. I am excited about oude tart w/ cherries, the carmens, and smoking wood with bacon.

No plans of a bottle share after session A but I'll bring some bottles just in case.

Dunno if all the rooms here are suites, but they gave us one. Room 420 (cue pothead jokes) unless Cory & crew already have another venue planned. All BAs are invited.

Must say I'm disappointed with the room's mini fridge as it's barely colder than room temp. See you guys at Session B, then for bottles after!

Had a great time with you ladies & gentlemen. Chris Avery brought way too many awesome bottles. And whoever stole that KH better watch out because karma is a bitch. Seriously, those who steal from generous people are even worse than regular thieves.

Anyway, you guys are welcome out in NY anytime. Cheers!

love this at hotels, then you get the stink eye from the maids when they look in your bathtub and see it half full of beer and ice.

Had an awesome time at the bottleshare it was almost like a mini beerfest, thanks for sharing awesome brews, that sucks someone would have to steal a KH , don't know what it is but likely an awesome beer. All you had to do was ask for a pour and I'm sure the owner of the bottle would have been more than happy to crack it open

I am pretty confident that anyone who attended a bottle share last night after the RS party will be reading this thread. If you stole a beer from someone cool enough to bring one to share (even if it didn't get opened), you deserve the swiftest of kicks to the balls repeatedly. Please look at yourself in the mirror and rethink your values NOW.

Thanks to everyone for an amazing night. It was great meeting all of you. I can't believe someone would stoop so low as to steal from a group that was so generous. Thanks again!

Thanks everyone for behaving yourselves, opening bottles, and being awesome BAs in general, except for the POS that walked out with a stolen King Henry.

If you forgot/left anything at the hotel room, please message me and I will do my absolute best to return your property to you, whether it be a cooler, unopened beer bottles, your dignity, underpants, etc.

If the person who walked out with a King Henry wants to contact me privately, I have no problem keeping your identity a secret and returning the bottle to it's rightful owner. We all make drunk mistakes, but using my hospitality as an opportunity to expand your cellar does not fly. Contact me, sweep this under the rug, and you'll never hear about it again.

Cheers, all! That was a blast!

Alright. Here's the damage: (I wonder what the maids would think)[IMG]
Once again, thank you to everyone that came out last night! Despite what happened concerning the KH, I hope everyone had a great time!

    Cheers!

The more I read/hear about it, the more I'm thinking I'll have to make it out there for next year's initiation party/bottle share. Looks like you guys had a great time!

I'd just like to chime in and say I hope this incident won't deter anyone else from holding a bottle share. I had a great time and it was fun bringing some bottles and talking with awesome fellow BA's. Honestly, this was almost like the Reserve Society Initiation party part deux.
