I was talking to some of the brewers from Potosi at Great Taste of the Midwest and they said they where planning on bottling their Tangerine IPA for the first time this fall in specialty four packs. I've been seeing their abbey dubble around in four packs and am curious if anyone else has any info about this brew being bottled and when we could expect to see it.

Nice, I have always wanted to try that. Snake Hollow is decent, but has a very strange aftertaste and mouthfeel. Have heard nothing but good things about the Tangerine IPA!

Tangerine IPA taste like a cross between a pine tree and a tangerine. It is fairly sweet to be honest but not in a way that detracts from the beer IMHO and I usually avoid sweet beers like the plague. I know it says its snake hollow IPA with tangerine juice but I think this is slightly misleading because I've had both and it tastes nothing like snake hollow.

I have yet to hear any new info about this brew being bottled their next four pack appears to be a dopplebock. Also no info on their website. However I can't imagine it will be hard to get if it does get bottled.

Huh, I guess I'll have to try it again because I had it on tap and didn't think much of it.

Any chance this could be obtained at the Woodman's just over the border from IL or up in Milwaukee?

Such a nice sweet tangerine flavor with a bit of bitterness on the finish.

Potosi distros to IL. I'm sure you will find it near the border and eventually in IL.
