Hey guys, do you think that a 20 litres pot would be working on an electric hob? isnt it too big for it?

I would think so,,,,,,,,what is the BTU rating of said hob? I would get a propane burner and take it outside....

hm.. we a re just doing it for fun in a small flat, we a re students. so i dont want to do massive expenses. would a 10-15 litres pot work? i would go for a smaller one but i am worried that having less beer fermenting in a vessel of 20 litres could be a problem... no?

Test it out. See how much water you can boil and go from there.
