How about this? First place the can in the freezer and freeze the beer. Then With a sharp razor/box cutter, score the can so you can then peel the can away from the beer. Then remove the frozen beer, put it in a glass and when it thaws it has no head!!
Wow! Sometimes I amaze myself! [IMG]

(by the way, on another note, this beer with cannabis hops is freakin' great man) [IMG]

There is a long list of reasons why that probably won't work. But empirical testing is the one way to be sure. So you can try it and report back to us on the result. Thanks.

Pour slow, keep glass at nearly full tilt, and start to "roll" the can once you get about halfway through your pour. This works especially well with wider-mouthed cans. If you can perfect the "roll" technique then you should be able to control the amount of head pretty well.

the only thing that makes this hard is the little lip on the edge of the can that obstructs the pour. just pour slower. In order to get your head, put a little more distance between can and glass, but keep the pour slow and steady so it doesn't "glug" too much, creating too much head

    How about the old standard 45 - 50 - 90 technique?

Tilt the glass to 45 Degrees. When it's 50% full tilt the glass to 90 degrees and finish the pour. Perfect 2 finger head.
