Hear hear!

 

I'm going to hire some knowledgable people to build a small, but world-class brewing facility on my estate. Then, a couple times a year, I'll pay different world-class brewers a ridiculous amount of money to come brew a collaborative beer there in a style of my choosing. I'll have a couple kegs of it going in my home's private bar and will put a case of bottles in the cellar. Whatever is left over I will divide among the people who liked this post back before I was rich.

 

Is this enough to buy a KBBS?

 

After taking care of my family and friends and donating some cash to some worthy causes, I would like to, at least once, drink Westy XII off of Jessica Alba's naked body. Then I could die a happy man. Or is that just me?

First, I would hide as you can imagine the shit storm this is going to start
Second, set up family and friends for life
Third, come out of hiding and start shopping for just about anything I wanted, Islands, house, cars but we would need a budget as 1.3B only lasts a little over seven years at $500,000 a day

 

Among other things, a beercation to Belgium and Germany

Is it wrong to have a beer house? I mean.....a house that is only a cellar.

First thing I would do though is get a few months in Germany/Belgium and get those rarities I would never be able to get.
Second, definitely take a hard look at my own brewery, brewpub, or bottleshop.
Third, beer house with a robust bar built in.

Then payoff my student loans

 

I would start a farm to table type farm with an on premises brew house. I would invite local chefs to come make meals during harvest season utilizing veggies, fruits, and "proteins" from the farm to pair with the beers we brew. Also would have a humulonarium on site.

 

I'm going to Belgium, then open my own brewery.

 

Maybe I would buyout a small microbrewery before AB/IN Bev makes an offer.

 

Build a custom Beer RV with kegerators, fridges and a beer cellar. Hire a professional drive to drive me and my friends around the country to the best breweries stocking up on kegs/bottles/cans at every stop. Try to visit every craft brewery in the US.

Don't know that I would scale up my home brewing, just do more of it (and focus on all-grain since i 'll be able to spare the additional time per batch).

Travel to Ireland, UK, Germany, Austria and drown myself in the local draught offerings.

Attend lots of music festivals, which means I'll have to do research on canned beers since they frown on glass.

 

Interesting question.

I would be leaving this frozen hell hole for somewhere nicer. I would build a modest house, with a bar in it. I would be trading a lot, and be very generous on my end. I would also start to homebrew since I would have time for it.

I would also do beercations, and travel all over the world on beer quests.

 

Do the Germany-Belgium-England trip of my dreams, then build or buy a house in the mountains with a good view from the porch, a garden, and of course a beer celler.

 

First thing I'd do...two chicks at the same time, man.
