I'd "visit" Russian River. Extensively. For long periods and many pours.

 

I'd fund the establishment of a Tree House Brewery on the West Coast

Open up a nano brewery/brew pub with a couple open to the public taps. If a homebrewer has a solid recipe let them brew it on site and put it on tap as long as it is tasty of course.

 

Donate a decent amount to every small local brewery that I even remotely like, to help them stay afloat.
I thought about the whole "start my own brewery" thing as I am a homebrewer, but not sure how I'd feel about having that kind of responsibility if I had hundreds of millions of dollars. Course I could always just pay someone to be responsible, lol.

 

Open part brew pub ( with tasty grilled cheese sandwiches ) part home brew store, with dart boards...

 

Lottery...the tax on citizens with poor math skills.
Can't imagine I'd make too many changes to my beer habits. I'm already drinking great beer and taking plenty of beer trips. ..wife wouldn't appreciate any more. There would be a reckoning in my world of wine and scotch however.

 

I would get my brewing license and do some apprenticeship with local breweries here in Vermont. The ultimate goal would be to have my own little brewery and tap room with a couple buddies.

 

I will buy all Whales and proceed to take individual videos of drainpouring them and posting all these videos on social media.
No im just kidding im not that much of a monster.

I would say i would want to go to Beligum, but last i knew it was still a little crazy over there.
I need to go to Degarde, Russian River, Moder Imes. So i would pretty much plan a west coast beer trip.

 

Was thinking about this the other day.

I'd build a new, shiny, moderately large sized brewery which includes it's own pilot plant, tune in a few great recipes for initial offerings, throw an insane flagship release party, then hire staff to operate the commercial facility while I spend my days experimenting in the pilot plant with state-of-the art equipment.

One can dream..

 

Beercations for sure - England, Belgium, Germany, coast-to-coast U.S., etc.

Then? Probably go for the Certified Cicerone and maybe open a small bottleshop in my town? Or perhaps plan and try to execute an annual summer beer festival in my town? One of those two.

simple, i'd finally get over shipping charges and order one of everything on belgium in a box

 

Hire a personal trainer, or trainers, and a personal doctor, or doctors, and a whole team of experts to figure out how I can drink craft beer all day without gaining weight, getting too drunk, and not suffer any health issues from such a lifestyle.
