Prairie Apple Brandy Noir

If anyone is looking for AB Noir in Austin, I saw about 5 bottles on the shelf at specs on Airport today.

 

Saw several on the shelf at Ranch Acres today - 31st and Harvard.

 

A few places still have AB Noir and Birthday Bomb, but it might take some hunting. Like the poster above said, try and find the newer Roughtail IPA's (ERWO and Adaptation). Another one that is hard to find right now, but apparently is awesome is Elk Valley's - Apricot Le Ferme. Good luck.

 

Its baaaack... My daughter picked up a four pack yesterday in Tulsa(they had a limit). I told her to go home put her hair up in a bun, change clothes and go back and get more. Heading up next Friday for the long weekend, doubt if it will still be there

 

Actually, it might be more available. According to Roughtail, they've increased production, since it's now a year round offering. This newest batch may sell out quickly, though. Who knows? I'm not fond of IPA's, but I really like ERWO. It's nice to have one that I like more readily available.

 

Picked up a 6 pack at Total Wine in San Antonio on Wednesday. Its all over the place. Im hoping to dump a few for some Northeast IPAs.

 

Stumbled upon about a case of Apple Brandy Noir on the shelf at the Specs on 61st in G town today. They also had Birthday Bomb and BBH if anyone struck out on these in the area, there ya go.

 

ABC Liquor on Parmer Ln still has BBH And BBH Chocolate. Possibly some Prairie stuff as well.

 

I just joined as my bf and I fell in love with ABN at a festival up here in AK. He's heading down to Houston this week and I was wondering if anyone has seen any lately at Specs or anywhere else driveable? Thanks!

 

Long gone I fear. Doesn't last long...even at Prairie pricing. Hope he enjoys our fair burg! Heat Index is only supposed to hit ~106 this week...

 

Your best bet is to try for an in person trade while he's in Houston. I'm sure there are plenty of people that have bottles laying around.

 

If he is open to taking a little drive outside of Houston, Nobi Public House in Webster, TX sells bottles. Typically, its strongly encouraged to enjoy the bottle while dining in, but if you ask nice they will let you take it to go.

Also, expect to pay a premium - my guess $20 for one bottle.
