In Oklahoma the Bomb! is $5.99, Christmas Bomb! was $10.99, Cherry Sour is $8.99, and the Funky Gold Amarilo is $9.99. Based on that I'd expect this one to be $9.99 or $10.99. It sounds interesting since I've never heard of or had a tequila barrel aged beer.

Same, they have been very hit-or-miss for me, mostly miss. I had a triple that was good but everything else has been a letdown. I definitely do not get excited by the phrase "tequila barrel aged", but I'd still give it a shot if I saw it. I think brewers are still working out how to really use these barrels.

Not a fan of tequila, so if I miss this one I won't have my feelings hurt.

Anthem's Count Pedro was a strong ale with habaneros aged on tequila barrels. I wasn't a big fan of the heat, but it seemed to be well made.

I believe I got a sneak peak at this beer about 2 months ago at one of thier brewery tours (lucky enough to live 5 miles away from the brewery). It definitely has a tequila kick to it haha. I'm not the biggest tequila fan but this stout was pretty tasty.

Here in SW Ohio got some yesterday. Pretty anxious to try this out because they barrel age beers nicely.

How much was Pirate Bomb & AB Noir in OK? They charge $10.99 for Bomb up here in IA which i think is too high. AB Noir was $13.99 and i believe Pirate Bomb was similar around $14 if i remember right.

Had the Almanac tequila barrel aged, wasn't that impressed. Hopefully this will be better.

I haven't seen the Pirate Bomb but a Wine Barrel Noir was $6.99 and a Pinot Noir was $7.99.
The Anthem Count Pedro (strong ale aged in a tequila barrel) was $10.99. I'm saving that to share with a buddy later this summer.

Picked one up yesterday in NE Ohio - $9.99. This is most definitely not a rich, sweet stout. The tequila barrel aging comes through quite clearly and adds nuance. It was very good, but I have to say I prefer the Apple Brandy Noir.
