Depends what you have to offer but you can get it fairly easily with similar beers (kbs, bn, bcbcs etc).
Pretty sure it is $6-7. I think it is an easy find in OK. Might be relatively easy in TX. I'm sure someone from their distro region will chime in.
Not terribly hard to get in Texas as long as you can get to the store the day it arrives. I work for a gourmet grocery chain here, we usually get a decent amount, something like 8-10 cases, but it's always gone in the first day. Retails here for $8.
