A local store had the regular and Christmas bomb in store for $10 a bottle (12oz). Is this a beer worthy of that price? I've paid more per oz than that for several BA beers, but feel like this price may be a little too high.

Bomb isn't even barrel-aged, not the regular or Christmas varieties at least. Damn good beer though. Worth 10 bucks a bottle? Probably not, but if you've never had it then why not give it a whirl and decide whether it's worth it a 2nd time. I wish we could get it here.

I worded that a little wrong, I know that it's not barrel-aged, just meant that i'm not opposed to paying high prices for good beer (like BA beers)

Mind sharing what store? I've always wanted to try this beer and I'm heading to CHS tomorrow for work. Would like to grab a bottle.

Not worded wrong, just interpreted wrong by me. I get what you're saying though, but honestly at that price the shit should be aged in something.

Given that it is (was?) $14 and under for a 4-pack in Atlanta, this ($10/bottle) sounds exorbitant.

Those low ATL prices were the result of a pricing error. Going forward, Bomb!'s prices in ATL will be adjusted (corrected, really) to about twice that original price.

Any highly rated beer is worth over-paying for once. $2 up-charge isn't crazy high. Its a damn good beer.

Going to be around $28-30 a 4 pack in Atlanta.. The 1st wave is gone, so any replenishment this month is the $7.XX bottle price.
