Yes it's over priced but you have to pay more because if you didn't the brewer's couldn't take "business trips" to Thailand , Italy and other places to learn to make good beer , you guys know nothing at all.....................LOL

For the price, a few bucks more for Bible Belt is the way to go.
I've found with the past BOMB!'s that I've had left a slightly metallic finish.

That's as cheap as it gets. And you can sell a mountain that cheap when you're a distributor that supplies its own stores.

Is that how it works ? I noticed all beer and liquor as this particular store was the cheapest I've ever seen. $5.50 Rochefort 10. $4.50 Rochefort 8. $14.99 Love Child #4, $17.99 Elijah Craig 12 year

Courtesy of looping the law and a grandfather clause. That's what I've been told by many store owners in the state anyway.

Highest I've ever paid was 15 bucks - that was a long time ago - it's now 9.99 when it comes around .. I love this beer as it stands out unique but having it as much as I have I will begin passing on it

It was around $30/4 pack in NW Arkansas. Founders Breakfast was $11/4 pack. The next time I run to the store I'm going to pick some up just to give it a try, though. I've heard a lot of great things about it! I just wish it wasn't so steep. :slight_frown:

It use to be way cheaper to just buy a six pack and drink at home. But now it's the same as bar prices....I deff think there are better beers for less or along the same lines.Praries rusted capsband overly carbonated beers are not worth that much.

To answer OP we don't get them in Vegas but I've got them in trade $4$ for about 6.99..If I remember right.

Distributors were charged more for Prairie Bomb! this round than previous rounds. So if you saw it for $9 or $10 per bottle before it's probably closer to $12 now.

We sell Bomb! for $27/$7 and Bible Belt or Prairie Noir for $33/$8+ at my store in NW Arkansas. And plenty of inventory on hand with no quantity limits...

I went to City Beer store in SF a while back and I believe they were charging +$20.00 for a bottle of Bibble belt, WTF? These beers are 12OZ and not barrel aged at that. I would much rather give the +$20.00 to charity than pay those assholes that amount for a 12OZ beer!! Good thing is I've tried it before and had two waiting at home that I got from a generous BA trader!!

8.99 at my store, for everyone complaining about price, do you know how limited the cases of bomb are? We have gotten 3 cases in the past 6-8 months and we hand sell them, it's supply and demand that allows the prices to go up.

OMG! I bet he never does any work at all and he gets to take foreign trips because people are paying too much money for something that doesn't cost anything to make. Thanks for letting me know!
Everyone knows that a real brewer should only make enough to live in a flea-ridden hovel and eat hardtack so that I can have whatever beer I want at whatever price I want. I mean, it costs at least a few THOUSAND DOLLARS to take trips like that.

Edit: Had a Bible Belt last night and found that it had a metallic finish while it was still cold from fridge.
After warming up, it lost this. I will have to try with a bomb. Anyone else notice this at all?

Maybe they're not selling the infected/oxidized/rusty capped bottles this time, thus eating the cost themselves for once.
