800 bottles and Chase told me he regrets making it because stores hate limited releases.

I am 100% sure. I bought 2 bottles of it myself.

You're one of those people who thinks kids should never be told no too aren't you?

Imagine spending tens of millions of dollars making a movie and having people put their opinions of it on the internet. Imagine opening a restaurant and having people write reviews of it on the internet. Imagine writing a song, writing a book, painting a picture.

Creating something without accepting it will be criticized is almost as ridiculous as shaming the critics.

Well Fort Worth folks hopefully we can secure a keg of this for our upcoming Darkest Night event at the Saucer (winter solstice, ~15-20 BA Stouts) and we can see what all the fuss is about (=

Winter solstice. Doubtful we will do a "ticketed" system but maybe have a tasting card can/should be explored. Might be nice to have like 5*5oz tasters pre paid, but don't hold me to that. We like to be as low key as possible and maximize the fun, social side of things. Worst case 5 gallons each of a large # of sought after beers means the rush that some other bars have had might be tempered. I'll post details as they emerge.

Not advocating repeats but did y'all hear about Prairie hooking up a Houstonian who sent them an email regarding his two cases of rusted cap/"undrinkable" Prairie brews? They sent him 8 of each: Fred's Blend, Bomb!, Pirate Bomb! after he sent them his rusted ones.

I opened up a Coffee Noir yesterday and, yes, it was all rusted but still a great beer. Cheers to Prairie!
