Prairie in SoCal??

Check any of the nearby Whole Foods locations -- many in the area have a few of their bottles, though not as much of the highly sought-after stuff.

 

According to beermenus.com, Fullerton Beverage has Birra and Prairie Ale.

 

They have a bunch of birra and some others at hi times in costa mesa

 

You mean the Noir/Bomb variants? I didn't think those were even distributed out west. I only have them because I traded with people in Texas and Oklahoma.

 

Prairie Bomb does make it out here, but it typically sells out within ours. You'll need to use whatever mechanism your local bottle shops use to share their new items (e.g. facebook, instagram, mailing list) and get there before its gone.

 

They're barely on shelves in Oklahoma, so unless a shop no one has ever heard of got some, I doubt there's any out here. If there were and someone knew about it, they would probably buy them all on the spot.

 

People have tons in OK. These are easy to trade for if you decide to go that route.

Btw, had Bible Belt this weekend. Damn tasty beer.

 

I ended up trading someone eight Plinys for eight bombs. Not too shabby considering most places in LA sell bomb @ $11, limit one per person.

 

i saw that Ramirez Liquor is going to have bomb at their grand opening, 1 per. i'm sure the price is going to be gnarly. pretty bold of them to post that on their FB but i guess they don't care

Found 3 San Diego liquors that had Prairie Bomb, as far as the regular Pairies they are around.

I've seen Bomb at Encinitas Ale House, but that's obviously for on-site consumption.

 

I haven't seen any but a few place have OKIE which is in my opinion one of the best beers I've ever had
