Not sure why you say "most of ours" considering currently Prairie is the only Oklahoma brewery that distributes to Texas. Choc use to. More OK breweries will be entering Texas soon though. I suppose Mustang will be there soon if they aren't already

I heard a nasty rumor that Merica might be discontinued. @chaseabeer can you speak on this? Is this true? It would be a travesty. I love Merica.

Just FYI, if anyone in Houston is looking for more Bomb!, Sunrise Super Stop at the corner of Richmond and Timmons has some on the shelf, at least half a case left. I took 2 bottles.

It's a tough market to enter with nothing very special to offer. There are lots of great local brewers in TX.

He has stout in his name. I therefore feel I should trust his opinion more.

"Texas"stout. This is an Oklahmoa stout. Credibility is gone.

Embrace inconsistency. The prairie rolls and rolls and from a distance it might look the same but on it the landscape is vastly different. Side note. Chase should be having his scion any day now.

Proof that Merica is one of my favorites. I'll be sad if it's gone forever...

I believe hes referring to the Bishops Barrel series, and i believe Fresh Hop was keg only to restaurants. BTW, Fresh Hop was such a great beer, i would love for them to make that more.

Thats odd, they sell Bishops Barrel out of the liquor store down here. And yes Fresh Hop I believe was keg only, we didnt get that though.

What's "odd" is that they sell it in liquor stores there if by "odd" you mean going directly against saint arnold's wishes and purpose for the beer.

I can't speak to the liquor store question but I've run across a few BB bottles at beer stores that didn't have on site consumption. I know it's not supposed to happen but it does.
