    Ive never know that they were going against their wishes, every since Bishops Barrel, DR, etc started showing up here we've always seen them in the store, and since the main liquor/craft store (we have about 2 stores, aside from HEB) is subsidiary of Specs, I always figured it was legit.

    Spec's Dallas has Wine Barrel Noir on the shelves, and Total Wine Dallas has both Bomb! and Wine Barrel Noir sitting on the shelves.

    Spec's Midtown has Bomb and Wine Barrel Noir on the shelves and D&Q has Wine Barrel Noir and Bible Belt sitting out as well.
