    Has any fine soul cellared this? I'm interested in your experience. I have access to some right now, and considering cellaring a few. Fresh is good, tad hot, but needs a little more complexity to justify $11 for a 12oz

    I don't have the patience to do much cellaring. But this one might be worth trying
