Very nice. I will be making a trip that way for sure. Hopefully the pending laws will catch up quick enough as to not stunt it too much. I'm sure all of that has been figured in carefully though.

Kudos to them for not waiting on stupid politicians.

For sure. Prairie has always been ahead of the curve here. We need more of that from Oklahoma brewers.

Flippin A, that is like 2 blocks from where my daughter lives. So they won't be constrained to th 4% will they? BTW George Kaiser is the bomb

I presume until the stupid laws are changed they will have to sell their beer to a wholesaler & buy it back. I will say I am no expert on this matter, but, that is my understanding on how this works for BJs ( in Norman if still open ) & any one else. Not the smartest man in the room on this subject...

Well I posted before watching the whole video, so you have a good point. From what was mentioned towards the middle, they plan on having beers other than Prairie, so my guess is it will be run as an independent brew pub. Not sure how the laws work there, but since it will be classified as a brew pub, and serving food I assume that they would fall under the licensing of a restaurant, and if they brew the beer on site (unlike BJ's), could probably sell it without going thru a distributor, but not my area of expertise. Guess I am going to have to plan another trip to Tulsa before she comes home for the summer

The brewers here in Tulsa have absolutely been just killing it with the 3.2% stuff! When the "winds of change" shift in their favor, they'll be way ahead of the curve. Here's another place that will make craft beer nerds rejoice with a 30 ft. long bar, 70 taps & digital menu boards. It's certainly a great time to be a craft beer lover in OK+ :sunglasses:

Yes when I went to Marshalls I was gobsmacked at how the body was on those beers. So glad my daughter is living there and in the heart of all of this. Great town
