Basically looking to gauge interest. I graduate from The Culinary Institute of America mid March, and figured what better way to celebrate than a share of lambic and whales, better yet Friday of EBF. I'll be attending the Saturday day session with a few friends so if anyone else is all the better (Toro afterwards). The share will be focused on lambics and rare "whale" like bottles. Some being opened so far, 1998 (batch one) Cantillon Iris, early vintages of Rose de Gambrinus and OGV, and hopefully an Armand Seasons set. Ideally we are thinking of keeping this share down to 5-6 people. Therefore everyone gets a 5 oz pour on 750ml bottles and 2.5 of 375ml ones. There are currently two to three spaces open. I will be cooking a multi course meal (homemade pastas and sausages) for some point before, during, and after the tasting. As I said this is just to gain interest, if it seems that there are more than a couple people who can bring some interesting bottles to the table we will possibly expand it. Feel free to PM me to discuss more.

    Cheers,
    Jordan

Still looking for one or two people to round out this 5 person share. Bottles being opened include SHRBL, old Cantillon, OGV, Ann, and many more. Feel free to message me! Ideally looking for someone with an Armand a Seasons set and other Drie gems.

I've got tickets for the Friday session. Otherwise, I'd like to join this. Sounds fun. Congrats on graduation.
