it looks like it's an AB-Inbev brand, so probably your local Bud wholesaler. You should check with your local keg store if they can order it.
If you were in Bham I could have given you suggestions for local stores. You being in Montgomery, honestly, Auburn is probably a better choice
the stores that I know handle kegs are Vulcan, Highland Package, and I think Hop City, too. I have never had a personal keg rental so I can't make any observations as to price vs hassle of dealing with any of these stores.
