    Folks,

    Anyone have any insight here?

Mac's six-packs - seen in both Uncle Dan's and Worst Choice, at both $11 and $18. Seems to be no reason or timeframe for price. E.g. after seeing Hop Rocker for $11 at Worst Choice, but buying other stuff, I thought I'd get a bargain by returning, but they had changed the price back to $18.
Back to Uncle Dan's and he had other Mac's beers still at $11, but not Hop Rocker. :slight_frown:

This isn't the only week-to-week variation I have seen recently - ties in to other rant post.

All prices are set by the head office. Mac's is on special everywhere because Lion are no longer importing it. The fact they have put the price up means that someone in head office just thought "oh this has been on special long enough". They don't factor in deals or anything from suppliers, or price changes from suppliers. They just set whatever price they want.

IIRC the last time I had Hop Rocker it was terrible

Dunno if that's because the recipe changed or because my tastes matured though. I used to like it.
