primator doppelbock - anyone ever cellar it?

    I feel like the fresh taste is similar enough to Samichlaus (you may disagree but i think it's relatively close), and the abv is still pretty high at 10.5 (i think) -- my recent success with some 2010 Samichlaus makes me wonder if Primator doppelbock might age well too.

    anyone tried it? or any other strong doppelbocks?

    Bell's Consecrator and Ayinger's Celebrator are awesome with up to two years on them, I've never been able to resist going further though. Those are both higher ABV. At 10.5% I'd say a few years easily will be fine.
