I have reach final gravity from 1.056 to 1.011 on a 5 gallon batch fermented with 2112 for 20 days.
Now I hesitate, do I lager or prime ? If I decide to prime, what ambient temp needed to properly carbonate the beer?
If I chose to lager, is that stage made in a secondary or in a bottle ?

When I was bottling I would use a secondary for lagering. Now I use a keg. I know others that bottle then lager after their carbed.

The answers depends on what kind of beer you are making.

If you're making an ale, then you should go ahead and "prime," assuming that what you mean by that is to add priming sugar, bottle the beer, and let it bottle condition. Room temperature is fine for bottle conditioning, assuming that's somewhere around 65-70F. Since you're working with WY2112, I assume this is probably an ale, or a hybrid style like kolsch or california common. If so, yes, go ahead and prime, bottle, and bottle condition.

If you're making a lager, then you need to .... lager. You can lager in secondary or in bottles, either way will work. I think it makes the most sense to lager in secondary, which will result in less sediment in your bottles.

Lager it.. It's a damn lager.

Do it in the secondary if you bottle. Then bottle it and continue to lager it if need be.

I lager, and then keg, and allow it to clear in the keg even more over time.
