I'm considering Milk The Funk's Gose recipe (http://www.milkthefunk.com/wiki/Gose#Milk_the_Funk_Gose_Recipe) as my next home brew. This would be my first adventure into sour beers. My question is about priming sugar. I'm assuming that to carbonate this beer if I'm not force carbonating with CO2, I'll need to add some sort of priming sugar at bottling. I have two questions:

    1. Should I add priming sugar when bottling?
    2. Any recommendations on what I should use to prime this Gose?

Once the gravity is stable, you should prime it and bottle it just as you would any other beer. Use a priming sugar calculator and your choice of dextrose or sucrose to hit the desired carbonation. In terms of targets, high 2s or low 3s would be my preference.

As a side note, I'd start with .25 oz of salt, and add more to taste at bottling.
