priming sugar

    accidentally added my priming sugar into boiling wort alongside corn sugar. is my beer ruined?

    No, it'll just end up stronger (higher ABV) than originally planned. Order some more priming sugar though, you'll need that on bottling day.

    oops. Worst case scenario is they'll go right for all of that yummy and easy to convert crack, I mean sugar and your yeast will be too fat and lazy to finish your fermentation when they get down in the 1.02x range. The best case scenario is that they'll finish strong and beautifully and you'll have a drier and bigger beer.
