In the past week, SF Mercury News published an article on Santa Cruz Breweries (Discretion, Private Press, and ?). The article mentioned that they just opened up a tap room. However, when I got to their web site or search, I don't find any info. Anyone been to the new taproom? Since the owner is part of owner of Santa Cruz Brewery, is that the "taproom"?
The Private Press taproom is just across the parking lot from Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing. Address is 334C Ingalls St. in Santa Cruz. Four beers on draft plus vintage bottles for in-house. Currently open on Sat/Sun. https://www.instagram.com/p/DJSkyYJSs8O/
It is annually, and year 5 just ended so the emails for year 6 should be happening soonish. Make sure you are on the mailing list. https://mailchi.mp/privatepressbrewing/waitlist There's often a cellar sale that's open to the public at the end of a year, so keep an eye on the PP instagram as well.
