Probable Bad Trader

Terrible.

Maybe something bad happened to the guy???

 

Man that sucks. He does have 1 positive trade but little other history. He probably saw you were in Sweden and figured you were an easy target.

 

Guess that depends what those couple of beers were.

 

Id say thats quite a catch for someone, especially considering what the other person was giving up. Not in any way / shape / form condoning it, but id say no doubt you got taken

 

Sorry to hear about your trade issue. In hindsight it might have better to ensure they shipped first given their lack of history and/or references. The one feedback they received looks to have been the day of or just prior to when your trade proposal was accepted...perhaps them trying to get some 'history' for your trade, hmm? And putting on my amateur BA sleuth hat, is it just coincidental that this other BA all of sudden became active after about a year on BA the same day your trader went dark? And coincidentally both BAs seem to have a good amount of various TG to trade and both appear to have been at DLD this year. Perhaps they had an IP trade at DLD? Not likely since your trader's feedback to them was on April 21st which was prior to DLD. Yeah I know they have different states listed but this is just what they put on their profile. This might be all a reach and maybe I've watched too many TV shows .....

 

I understand. Unfortunately, there are people out there like this who take advantage of other people. Hence the need for a trader feedback system and even that is not 100% foolproof. I can only imagine the added concerns with shipping internationally too. Hope this person comes through but unfortunately it doesn't look promising. Good luck.

I'm willing to bet they won't be of much help. Did you get any contact details (phone, email, etc) from the BA and try to contact them outside of this site?

 

I assume you still have his address at the very least. Did you try Googling it to see what kind of stuff comes up?

It's kind of fitting his avatar has a picture of a man (presumably him) covering his face with his hands - and it's sideways.

Side note: I see someone posted on April 18 that his inbox was full.
