Problem uploading image

    I was attempting to upload an image for this beer profile:

    http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/25888/88986/

    The image meets the criteria (150x300 pixels, 20 kb or less, etc), so I don't think that is the problem. After I had selected the image on my computer and pressed the 'upload file' button, the page updated with this error message:

    File "xxx" already exists

    So either the uploader had something funky going on, or the page itself is missing an image that already has been uploaded. Either way, there seems to be something amiss.

    I just submitted a test image for that beer, but I can't replicate this error.
